One out of two shortlisted proposals for a Software Development Campus at the state developed InfoPark at Kochi. An important feature of the design is a large central circular plaza which orients all the major Blocks of the campus towards a central collective space which strengthens the spirit of belonging and interaction. The three Software Development Blocks each accommodating 4000 are designed as angular forms with solar passive features to minimize energy use. Within, the common areas are centralized and designed for maximum efficiency in a rectangular floor plate. Other supporting facilities include Employee Care Centre , Auditorium with 1000 capacity , Canteen, Open air theatre, MLCP for 2334 ECS and Service Blocks located appropriately.
