A multi storied affordable housing project of 13 lakh square feet with about 1000 apartments of one, two and three bedroom configurations spread over nine blocks rising sixteen floors. Community facilities are innovatively sewn into each block thus providing easy access and reach to each resident. Another notable feature is the profusely landscaped terraces which are linked by sky bridges to create a 1km long jogging track besides interesting features such as the Infinity pool 200 feet in the sky. The design of the exterior breaks the visual monotony of repetitive housing by creating a visual dance of brick cubes floating in space.
